Tom was helpful, patient and prompt throughout the process. His ideas and creativity helped me narrow down the look and materials for the project. Tom looked at other porches in my neighborhood before his first visit to me, so that he had a good feel for what might fit in well. We drove around and looked at some together before making final decisions. This attention to detail and desire to make sure that we talk the same language really set him apart from the other guys who gave me bids. Tom's crew are prompt and hard-working, and produced a fantastic porch. The custom detail I requested in the pediment was executed perfectly.

John was very open to our needs and ideas. He also had suggestions to enhance the look and functionality of our new deck that blended with the existing house and flower gardens around the old deck. He started the project on time and followed through daily until it was finished. He also returned to replace some lighting fixtures.
John is a great person to talk to, listens to the customer, and works hard to finish the project to the customer's liking, at a fair price. The replacement of our old deck was an excellent experience and we are now enjoying our beautiful deck daily. We would highly recommend John for such a project!

We had our home resided (Hardie plank), new roof, new windows(Harvey), new doors(jeld-wen) and a new screened porch. Costas and his crew do great work and are very easy to work with to make sure you get what you want.
