We selected David after talking to several contractors in the PC Beach area. David was very attentive to our needs in building a dune walkover, that was important as we were 900 miles away in Maryland during the process. He was very proactive in getting the required FEP permit to do the walkway where as others we spoke to alluded to a month long delay to get one. David met the FEP inspector at the job site before he had a contract with us and had the necessary permit in hand that day. The finished product is very nice looking with a nice attention to detail and we have received several compliments on it already.
