He returned and completed the work in a timely manner (within 48 hr), using top materials and went extra mile to make sure he did quality work. Provided a full written warranty (2 yr labor, 30 yr materials) and left the site clean and clear of all materials/debris. He's not only an experienced contractor, but he's polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend him.
