First off, the deck and fence are beautiful. Took them a while to make arrangements for setup. Biggest issue is communication, Chesapeake did not live up to their daily time commitments or return phone calls. They still need to tighten up some items and will not call back. They also denied receiving documents I definitely sent twice and they questioned my integrity, and did not take ownership of certain small mishaps. Not interested in doing business with them again. Workers were good, but overall feeling of satisfaction was not positive due to integrity issue and lack of communication.
