Professional is the key word here! Of all the listed contractors we interviewed--he is the only one who returned our call quickly--brought with him to our home, a photo album of previous work done as well as references--but more importantly he knew his stuff! We have contractors in the family and were prepared with information--he is the only one who knew what was needed--how to do it and as we had already priced materials was not only right on in the costs--he beat our estimates because of his professional relationships with suppliers. He knew the city codes and verified permit matters before even being hired. His bid was not the highest--it was not the lowest--but it was the most accurate and reasonable for the work being done.
As to quality--A -absolute stickler for detail and doing things right. Both he and his staff were on time--communicative and a pleasure to work with. I say start with this company and save yourself the time of trying to find anyone who can beat them. They were awesome and the finished product has got nothing but rave reviews. We will be using them again for inside remodel work we will be doing.

The house turned out better than I expected. The crew was very professional and Chris went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. He always showed up on time and seemed to really care about our business. He even showed up to do paint samples on our house which is great since you want to pick colors that you really like. I would definitely recommend Prep Rite to my freinds and anyone needing painting
