We chose R.R. Custom exteriors from a list of service providers referred by Service Magic . They were not the lowest bidders for the project of the seven bids we received.

This is without a doubt the best experience we have ever had with regard to selecting a contractor to work in our home in 40 years!

The work ethic demonstrated by Rob and Rhett was outstanding. They were here every morning at 8:30 and when they walked on site the work started, no hanging around discussing things! If it was pouring down rain, they were out there working in it!

The quality of their work was as good as it gets and if we asked for additional items they were taken care of.

Sub contractors arranged for by Rob and Rhett demonstrated the same work ethic. They came when they were supposed to, performed their speciality cleaned up any mess they made, and left.

The payment schedule was basically a "pay as you go " system. We made a small down payment and then paid the appropriate amount as each phase was completed.

Everyone associated with this project was well groomed - as well groomed as you can be while performing the work they were performing- and at no time was there any course language used .

When they finished the job they cleaned up and took away any mess that may have been created during the couse of the project
and each phase of the work, from the holes dug for the footing to the framing and roofing was inspected by a city inspector.

I plan to have additional work done in the future and as I told Rob, there won't be any bid procedure for those jobs! R.R.Custom Interiors is my contractor for anything that needs doing!

The other bidders referred by Service Magic presented themselves well and I'm sure would have done a good job but we were impressed with the presentation by R.R.Custom exteriors.

I absolutely, without reservations, recommend R.R.Custom Exteriors to anyone interested in quality performance.

RR Custom Exteriors replaced a deck for me in November, 2007. They submitted a design and proposal that met my objectives and budget. Their recommendations for a trellis and lattice work was very well done. They worked through inclement weather and through a weekend to meet my desired schedule. Quality of materials and workmanship was very good. I am very satisfied and look forward to enjoying the deck this coming summer.
