Sam was on time for the estimate. He was thorough in his explanation of what he would do, the materials he would use and the time frame for the job. He brought samples which I requested when we set up the appointment. His estimate was in the middle of the other two contractors who gave us estimates. His crew removed the indoor/outdoor carpet on the patio, installed the foundation green wood and installed the Trex deck in its place.
We are pleased with the quality of the finished product and the time frame of the project. We were given a potential three day window for the project, it actually took less than two whole days. We are pleased.

This project went very well. All stages of the remodel were scheduled well and no lost time for workers showing up late or before they were scheduled. All of the worker were polite and acted very professionally. Jose kept me informed daily about what was going on and what would be done next.
