I found Marty and Linda Farrell-Araque, owners of A Rocky Road, to be very professional in how they conducted their business relationship with me. Linda contacted me shortly after I placed my request. I appreciated their patience and understanding when my progress in selecting a company to do the repair work on my carport, along with some electrical work, was slow in coming. Except for a few glitches in email communications, they were quick to respond to any questions I had as they came up and providing their estimates. Marty and his personnel completed the project as agreed, corrected some electrical work immediately when didn't go as planned and cleaned up area before departure. I must admit I've had limited experience hiring/working with contractors before the three projects that came up in the past month and a half, but feel good about recommending this company.
