Shawn was very polite, personable and professional at all times. He listened to our wants and needs and then designed a spectacular deck for us that exceeded our expectations. He returned all phone calls in a timely manner, and checked in frequently with us during the process of building. All of his employees and contractors were also very courteous and did a great on all of the little details, fit and finish. They cleaned up the job site daily and took care to protect the yard and landscaping. It was a pleasure working with Shawn and all the guys from Decks Unlimited. I WOULD hire them again for another project.!!

Shawn was a welcome relief from my experience with many other trades men. He tirelessly worked with state, county and local governments to get the proper building permits (our deck spanned septic tanks), often getting directed back and forth between them. He listened to our ideas and created a plan that fit our needs. He and his crew came when scheduled and stayed on the job until it was completed and cleaned up after themselves. If you are building a deck, I would hire him to do it.
