Mark and his crew were very professional. They were on time and finished the job in the time that they had initially predicted. Mark was very concerned that his initial estimate was competitive, and it was. Their work was exceptional. Mark was very concerned throughout the entire process that our expectations were met. We met twice before the job was completed to go over a list of things to be finished, so we were sure to have the job finished to our satisfaction. John was very open to our needs and ideas. He also had suggestions to enhance the look and functionality of our new deck that blended with the existing house and flower gardens around the old deck. He started the project on time and followed through daily until it was finished. He also returned to replace some lighting fixtures.
John is a great person to talk to, listens to the customer, and works hard to finish the project to the customer's liking, at a fair price. The replacement of our old deck was an excellent experience and we are now enjoying our beautiful deck daily. We would highly recommend John for such a project!
