Super nice guy. He had to work through this terrible 2 weeks of flooding rain (can't seal a wet deck) and he kept coming until the rain stopped. Reasonable estimate and that is what I paid when Jay's was done with that job. The deck had a heavy coat of red sealier paint, and Jay was able to strip it all off and make the deck look like new. Jay recommended a really nice natural sealer color that we are enjoying a lot! Will most likely like to re-hire him when I need more deck work.

Jay was personable and professional. He pressure washed and stained/sealed our deck and it looks great. On the day that Jay worked on the deck, it rained unexpectedly. Jay followed up immediately to let us know that he would be checking to see if the finish on the deck had been damaged. Jay then promptly returned, and re-did the areas that were streaked. He had already been paid for the completed job, but was conscientious about making sure everything was done well. Jay also washed our concrete driveway and it looks like new. The only reason this rating is 4 stars rather than 5 is that there was a little lawn damage adjacent to the deck.
