I chose CertaPro because their quote was the most detailed and inclusive. The estimator took the time to walk around the house with me and discuss everything in detail. The quote included the needed carpentry work. My only quibble is that the carpentry was done after the painting, rather than before. But when the carpenters finally got there they were excellent. The painters were also excellent. They came when they said they would and were very careful and cleaned up everything when they left. They attended to any issue that I mentioned, which in some cases meant extra coats on difficult to cover spots.
