Though they were one of the higher bids for refinishing my deck, I thought the 30 year warranty
was worth the cost.
They were delayed in doing the project due to the rainy weather.
They cleaned up after they finished and I would give the final appearance a "B".

They did have to come back and re-clean parts of the deck that they'd missed, but they came as soon as I called and did a very good job. They had promised to cover things that shouldn't get sprayed Doors and windows), and this they failed to do.

Overall, though, the deck looks nice and the sealant is supposed to last for a long long time.

Seal Chicago was prompt, polite, and helpful. The job took a lot longer than they said it would because of the type of acrylic on our deck. The finish wasnt quite what we had hoped or lead to believe, however we plan to finish it off the way we prefer our selves. Time will tell if the top is going to be water proof for as long as they have guaranteed. The crew that was working on the deck didnt take off the trim against our brick wall and looks unfinished and dirty and there were areas which were not cleaned up properly after the service was completed.The crew worked hard over 5 days and the cost was what they said it would be.
