Clean House Interior (Maid Service) in 22920
They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th

South Atlantic Construction is an all-purpose contracter with a specialty in carpentry. Their can-do attitude and honesty are beyond reproach and their rates are very fair. The principal of the company, Alfredo Ruiz is a particuarly pleasant and easy person to work with and he manages his team efficiently and well. For electricity and plumbing, it is best to outsource to professionals as South Atlantic is qualified to perform only basic jobs in these domains. However, they do have recommendations for professionals in each specialty. If you are looking to make an addition to your house or simply perform a small job, call on them.
