It was a very complex process to seal my very large arbor, so I was happy to find a contractor willing to undertake it. And overall it came out well. However, during the initial phase of the process, an acid wash of the wood, there was some damage to my plants and to some of my landscape lighting. During the staining, a lot of drips and spills occurred on my siding and brick patio. While they've faded over time, I believe they could have been avoided. When the staining was completed, the team moved by patio furniture back. I found out later that the newly applied stain was still dripping - right on the sofa cushions. Disappointed.

Elite Pressure Cleaning

They did a really good job. My only concern was that I asked them to nail down a couple of boards on the floor of the deck before staining. That was the only thing they did not do. Of course, it can be done now after the staining has already occurred of which I will do myself. I think because there was so many days during the month of June into July when they were waiting to come back out to apply the stain, they may have forgotten to secure the boards when they did return to apply the stain.

We are very pleased with Elite. There was a miscommunication regarding the deck elements to be cleaned and stained. Elite immediately resolved the issue. The final stain looks really wonderful. We are happy with the work. We will use them again. PS: Rainy weather is a factor in the timeliness of completion.
