I was closing on the property within two days, so I gave the money to the buyer and the bid for the work. I am not aware if he has completed it, but I assume that he has. They installed wood flooring, built a half wall, and remodeled the staircase. Very flexible to working on my schedule. Good work, cleaned up, were professional and friendly. If I had questions, ideas or suggestions, they listened and explained on what was being done. Would recommend to anyone thinking of any remodeling project.
