Tim is the only contractor who returned our call. He was on time for our scheduled appointment, presented himself in a very professional manner, and was very friendly. He made excellent eye contact with both parties involved in the planning of our project. (which was very noticeable & extremely important) He was an excellent listener. He projected being very honest with his perspectives and suggestions. He was extremely knowledgeable and the information that he provided to us was presented in a very concise manner. Although we have not yet decided on the date and we have not made contact with Tim since, he is still our #1 guy for the job.

Renovate or Repair a Home in 06516
Tim is one of the most cordial and professional people I've encountered in this field. He was very flexible in arranging a time to meet, and showed up at the arranged time, each time. He was prompt with his estimates, and made every effort to be neat during the project, which he completed in a reasonable amount of time. He was also very helpful in working out a satisfactory way to trim the windows, once installed, and executed the design very nicely. I would definitely hire Tim again.

It was a pleasure and a comfort having Andrew Troncone repair my porch. This young man goes above customer service standards and takes you to the next level, he made sure during the whole process that i was satisfied with all repairs. He was always on time and never missed a day. Also i have this to share with you, there was one bad weather day (severe storm) thunder, lighting, heavy rain. The rain was pouring down onto my porch, in areas that were being repaired, because the gutters were gloged. I looked at Andrew an said do you want me to clear that and before i got it out of my mouth he was already up there cleaning my gutters, i really thought that was special. I will be recommending Andrew Troncone to all my friends who may need repairs. Thank You Service Magic For Sending Me A Great Reliable Person.
