We've dealt with many contractors over the past few years as we've been updating our home and have had many frustrating experiences which probably many others have had as well--contractors not returning phone calls, not showing up when they say they are going to, etc. CP Woodcrafters has set a new standard! They provided the highest level of customer service that we've received to date from a contractor, were extremely responsive to our needs and questions and exhibited a high level of professionalism that you don't often see today.
