The service I received was very prompt and friendly. I received a phone call about an estimate within minutes of requesting one online. The men were out that afternoon and I had an estimate emailed within 48 hours. I was scheduled 5 days later and I was impressed with how hard the men worked. They put in quite a long day and then a couple hours the next day in order to finish the job. I was very happy with everything!

I was satisfied with the work done by Frei Construction, although I was disappointed that the cabinets didn't include door handles. I should have verified that when selecting the type of cabinet I wanted. So, I just assumed that the cabinets would include door handles which just proves you should never assume anything. I should have discussed with Joe the type of handles that would be included with the cabinets but I failed to do so. Therefore, that was my error not his. Overall, Joe's work was very satisfactory and he was very polite while doing the work.
