From the first in home interview with Charlie and Ken we were pleased with their professionalism. They listened to our ideas and invited us to their showroom. They came and inspected our room once we were ready to begin and the installation is beautiful. Everything is just as we wished. Ken and Frank did a wonderful job of instillation. Toby is an excellent cabinet maker. He proposed the best solution to our problem, i.e. how to reconfigure a built in cabinet to accomodate a large screen tv. Of two other vendors, one was totally impractical, and a second gave up. He sent two craftsmen to the job, a cabinetmaker and a painter. They were prompt, friendly, well attired and did the work exactly as planned. His price was also very fair. He deserves a five star rating.

We've dealt with many contractors over the past few years as we've been updating our home and have had many frustrating experiences which probably many others have had as well--contractors not returning phone calls, not showing up when they say they are going to, etc. CP Woodcrafters has set a new standard! They provided the highest level of customer service that we've received to date from a contractor, were extremely responsive to our needs and questions and exhibited a high level of professionalism that you don't often see today. It was truly a pleasure to work with them and we will be calling them for any future projects in our home!
