A positive experience all around. During the design phase, Tim was very accommodating with respect to changes. Once the plan was agreed, work was scheduled and completed on time. Tim was very professional and worked with me on creating a large cabinet in my kitchen that I would be happy with. The only thing I didnt like was that parts of the wood turned black. Tim explained that water was exposed to the wood and it was sealed in. Tim took care of the situation with no problem. Tim did a wonderful job building this unit. I wouldnt hesitate to call him again for future projects.
