It is refreshing to see the old styled craftsmanship and work ethics come back from times past. In this day and age, the quality and reliability of current contractors (especially the younger contracting workforce) is generally sub-standard. It was a breath of fresh air and very enjoyable experience to work with Charlie and his crew. It would be a pleasure and an honor to use his services in the future. From the first in home interview with Charlie and Ken we were pleased with their professionalism. They listened to our ideas and invited us to their showroom. They came and inspected our room once we were ready to begin and the installation is beautiful. Everything is just as we wished. Ken and Frank did a wonderful job of instillation. CP Woodcrafters is a company I wuold use again.

We've dealt with many contractors over the past few years as we've been updating our home and have had many frustrating experiences which probably many others have had as well--contractors not returning phone calls, not showing up when they say they are going to, etc. CP Woodcrafters has set a new standard! They provided the highest level of customer service that we've received to date from a contractor, were extremely responsive to our needs and questions and exhibited a high level of professionalism that you don't often see today.
