Brad at Brilliant Furnishings was SUPER patient with us as we took our (sweet) time trying to decide if we'd go ahead with our custom entertainment center, what sort of design we wanted, how many electronic appliances we wanted to fit into it, what sort of hardware would look best, etc., etc. He was very professional throughout, accommodating with meeting times, always on time (with email + phone replies, and in person), and generous with his ideas, tips and advice on what would work and what wouldn't... Work progressed at a timely pace, we were kept updated, and the finished product was much better than we'd expected!

His bid wasn't among the lowest, but his references were extremely good. The cabinets are gorgeous. Top-quality hardware. Superb installation in a kitchen with floors and ceilings far out of level. Hire this guy!
