He arrived on time, established our needs, measured for material needs and promised an estimate within 48 hours. The estimate arrived as promised. We E-mailed back our agreement to proceed. A complete contract arrived overrnight delivery with agreeable payment terms. We made our down payment and returned the signed contract. Install date was confirmed. CHAIR ACCESS. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS JOB WAS SCHEDULED FOR 8AM, BUT WORKERS
