Great job on the countertops, they use fantastic contractors. Communication went down hill. Grant it we're not kitchen experts, but they sure claim to be. And when they failed to finish a small project we had asked them to do, they claim we had a misunderstanding. We asked for a quote on a small project, they quoted it, then wasn't finished to our satisfaction. No one every tried to explain to us that it wouldn't end up how we wanted it. They say it's done, however it's not what we wanted. Owner is professional enough, but sales person dropped the ball.
