The Sears representative, Scott Brooks, explained clearly and precisely the scope of the project; he was affable and courteous and all of the phases of the work were done on time and the results are fabulous. Sears has been in constant contact with me throughout the project. I was particularly pleased with Dave (who removed the old countertops), with Dublin Navarette (who made the template and who - together with his two Associates from Brazil - installed the countertops), with Steve (the plumber who had very limited space in which to work under the sink) all of them worked unobtrusively and skillfully down to the last detail. Gary was a very good guy to work with. He didn't over promise and under deliver. When he said they were going to work--they worked. The folks he works with were very good, considerate and performed well. We will be using him and his team for future projects after we "refill" the bank account.
