The granite countertop looks great however they needed to come back and paint over the areas where they riped out the previous countertop. In some places, you can still see, even after the painting, that something was removed from the wall. We were told that the only way to cover up these areas is to apply a compound to the wall to smooth it out and then paint some more. Sears did not volunteer to perform this latter service.

Although , we had some blips along the way, wrong size cabinets, that had to be reordered the experience was fine. I realized later on they did not hook up my ice maker. Still all in all, I've already refered Sears to two other people.

New Windows - Multiple in 20001

Sears service was beyond excellent. The way the consultant provided me information about the windows and did twist my arm or hood wink me into buying the windows was very refreshing. Also, I know Sears has a excellent reputation and stand behind their work. I did not receive a call from any other company. I selected Sears the first time.
