Larry was very prompt, arriving when he said he would. He was neat and clean arriving as I would expect any professional to arrive. His knowledge of the work he preformed was superior. He came completely equipped to handle the jobs and did so in a timely manor. He was very polite and got the job done in less time than he estimated. Some administrative mix ups, but overall perfiormance was very good. People were cooperative, helpfull and appeared knowledgeable. I still have some questions about the cost of the faucets, and the attachment(or lack of ) to the countertop.
