Charley was wonderful. He had the list of items I wanted done and just did them. When he felt it was something that did not really need to be done/could be done in a better way he let me know in a very respectful manner. I will hire Charley again as I have need. Build an Addition in 97041
I needed an addition built (2 bathrooms and a storage area) for a vacation home in Parkdale. Charlie submitted detailed design drawings which allowed me to finesse my ideas, and then based on this, worked with me to adapt the design for my budget. He worked with the county to get a permit, did a lot of the preparation legwork, and then constantly consulted me on details. Charlie is meticulous, hard working and up front about things that might save you dollars. He is also careful to check when additional costs might be incurred to do changes or opportunities when finishing the project. I would highly recommend Charlie for projects.
