Dean was very easy to work with and showed up at our house the day we called him to look at some samples. I was very pleased with the work they did; however, I recently noticed some small flaws that occured during the install. These flaws are why I didn't rate a 5 of 5. I will be contacted Dean to discuss these items and I am sure he will help to fix them. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone debating putting new countertops in.
