I was very happy with the salesmen. The order was placed and done quickly. Unfortunately a couple of things happened. 1) Two of the windows had cracked seams, so they were put in but not complete and re-ordered. They were reinstalled. During the time of installation, I was having problems with my Dad having a stroke. The entertainment unit in my office was moved slightly and the bottom leg bent. It's broken and should be replaced. I notified Sears, but when they reinstalled the windows the supervisor John said they didn't do it. I have too much on my plate to fight over a $30.00 unit, so I just let it go. I think they should inform people to move things away from the windows before they install to avoid breakage. Other than that I am satisfied.
