Responsive and reliable customer service. Skilled and dependable sub-contractors. Quality work, but even so and even with the cost incentives I received, I feel I paid too much. Most of my friends and colleagues cannot afford Sears' prices. One incentive I received was a gift card to Sears and I found that almost everything in the store (except appliances) costs more than at other stores.
