The projects were to only take 4-6 hours for completion or a full day at the most, it took over 3 months for completion. I had to repeatly call both the contractor and the Handyman Connection office to keep this project moving, 5 calls to the office and 4 to the contractor. It was only when I was able to speak to the owner that the installation was completed by a different contractor.
The orignal contractor was injured at another job and was unable to use a ladder, in no way should that effect the completion of my projects.
The quality of the work was good...it is just a matter of getting them to fulfill their obligation.

Actually, we have not started the work. We are still in the process of picking a granite slab, but so far the Innovative Surfaces people have been very helpful and professional. We hope to get a slab picked in the next few days then get a final quote from Innovative Surfaces. We expect to use them for the job.

I contact them for window repairs and the contractor came out the next day. And within 3 to 5 days the repair work was done and the reason is because he had to order glass. The young man did a great job.
