They did not show up the first day they were supposed to, and on the day they did show up they came at 11:00 after stating they would be there first thing in the morning. Dealing with Shannon was pleasant. He returned all calls promptly.

John of J&M came by and gave me an estimate. I got a total of seven estimates & J&M was mid-range, not the lowest, not the highest. I picked J&M because I appreciated John's honesty. He told me things to ask other contractors and genuinely seemed concerned about me, the consumer and not just getting the job. I told him I wanted him at the job, not just his workers and he was true to his word of being on the job site the whole time. The final job cost was about $100.00 higher than the estimate, but I knew there was some rotted wood that couldn't be seen until the old gutters came down. I would recommend J&M to friends and family.
