The experience of installing the gutters and gutter guard was really well done. There was some miscommunication, but it was resolved. The area that I was disappointed in was the clean up. When I decided to use Gutter Masters, Mr. Perry told me that his crew would do a great job of cleaning up. Well this wasn't the case. I found large scraps of metal, nails, screws on my deck and in the driveway after the job was done. I cleaned up these things. I contacted the company to inform them of this issue. They were sorry, but I was very disappointed. Great work, poor clean-up.

My phone call was responded to very quickly and an appointment was set for an estimate. The tech arrived on time, showed me samples of the materials proposed and wrote the estimate. I had not planned to use a covered gutter system, but the price he gave me was considerably lower than expected so, after thinking it over for a few days, I decided to accept the proposal. The work was completed to satisfaction the next week.
