Even though we are planning to push this project out to next year - i was impressed with James's service. For the proposal meeting he had already checked with the city's regulators about our project and had a completed design draft according to those specifications drawn up for us. His pricing was also within our budget.For completion of this project, he would be the contractor we would go with.
