Joel was very easy to reach by both telephone and email. Before starting, he identified several potential issues that we were able to address ahead of time. Besides demonstrating good craftsmanship, he also had an excellent aesthetic sense. He meticulously saw each detail through to the end. He also fixed and cleaned up a few other things that were not a part of our original proposal, including installing a baby gate for our son! We already plan to use him for another project.

Renovate or Repair a Home in 11010
I have never been more pleased with a contractor than I have been with Joel Nuss from Royce Custom Homes, Ltd. We needed our garage repaired or possibly torn down because we were concerned that we needed a C.O. Without my even asking him, Joel went down and researched the records, spent his own money, and found out that we had a C.O. after all. While some contractors may not show up on time, and fail to finish projects when promised, Joel showed up early and finished exactly when he said he would. The price he quoted me was more than reasonable and I cannot tell that the garage was ever damaged at all. I most highly recommend him.
