Joe Schibret & his "Highlander" personnel did a first-rate job for us. They were prompt, reliable and operationally fast in accomplishing the tasks contracted for. Joe did a great job in analyzing a drainage problem, designing a draining system & installing it in an ascetically pleasing way. It has now been proven effective.
