Overall work seems satisfactory -- tho they tried to cut corners, like applying stucco without steel mesh or anchoring material. (That's not acceptable here in the northeast where freezing would shortly undermine the stucco.)
Stone mason used was very competent
This homeowner had to supply electric extension cords and powerwasher to contractor and his men.-Why?

Resonded quickly. Arrived approx when scheduled. Finished approx on schedule. Quality very average+supervision of the work for quality was lacking. Pushed me to pay in cash after the work was completed and suggested that was the agreement all along. Began trying to collect his bill the same day by showing up at the door like a bad debt collector even before he had finished the clean up. Actually claimed the clean up and minor repairs to the property he caused were done and showed up to collect again only to have me walk him to the spots he hadn't addressed to show that they were in fact unaddressed. He didn't know because he hadn't checked.
