The only negatives were that the project took a few hours longer than he expected and he left our yard a little messier than I had hoped. However, I would definitely use him again. When he was here on the actual day to complete the required work, he
was on time, actually early, and stayed until the job was completed.

4 stars for responsiveness and helpfulness. I didn't use them because after the estimated the job and examined the situation, took measurements, etc. They determined it was a much bigger job than they were equipped to handle. It turned out that they were very much right. They are a two man operation and the people who are working on it now have been at it for over a week and have required up to 5 men at times removing about a foot deep of gravel from my yard along with lots of other material I didn't even know was under all the gravel. I appreciate that Pioneer looked at the site twice and gave me such a careful and thorough evaluation.
