Tom Owen returned calls promptly and gave an on-site estimate right away, breaking down job areas as I requested. He and his crew are friendly and have good attitudes. Work was done quickly with care not to damage surrounding structures. Good clean up after job. He supplied references--all very positive comments on his work. I had received two other estimates, and while the project was not cheap, I do not feel that I was overcharged and there were no unexpected charges upon job completion. Highly recommend.
