Hired for concrete removal only. Was lowest initial bid. They underestimated the thickness of the concrete, and when they started busting it out realized it would take a bit more to get it out. Price for removal went up 200$ to cover cost of rental equipment. Santiago was very nice though and split the difference with us. I was very pleased with the overall project and Santiago was great to work with.
