Patio was installed in timely manner, results were not as anticipated make sure you communicate your needs clearly before hiring. Patio was for a room addition on home and down slope was excessive but company adjusted price to compensate for additional cost to correct.

The workers explained each step before they started and asked if we had any questions. From base course to floating the final product, we knew what was going on!
FIVE STAR RATING ammended! I got notice today from Nevada Ready Mix that Fairless did not pay them and they were going to put a lien on my home! Although the work is great, there should be no reason why a lien should be placed on my asset. Fairless hired them...not me. Regardless, I would recommend them to others with stipulation they hold final payment until Fairless can show proof of their subs being paid!
