Very responsive and they did excellent work. I got a call asking for more details within an hour of submitting my ServiceMagic request, and that was on a Sunday morning! The phone estimate was in the ballpark of what I expected, but what set Rudy's apart from the other contractors was how comfortable I felt in talking w/Orio Mendez on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable with his men on the project. When I asked him to come out and give me a firm estimate, he was there the next day I was available (2 days later), and the concrete pad was complete by noon the following day. GREAT experience w/this contractor!

Although they were working in extreme heat, they got the job done and it is beautiful. The seem to like to work kin the afternoons more than the mornings, which I found a little odd at first, but the crew really made sure the project looked good. We are already eating dinner on the new stamped pation and getting great reviews from our neighbors.

Hughbert is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our patio looks great although we ended up with a couple small areas that dont' drain completely. Hughbert offered to seal the patio again for us after one year for free.
