I am impressed with A-1 Waterproofing. There was an issue with follow up. When notifed of this issue, they have gone over and above to make sure that we were satisified with the job they did. They are an example of excellent customer service.

They provided us with a very reasonable estimate (1/2 of what the other service providers were quoting), they were able to fit us in their schedule within two weeks and they completed the work in one day. The sales guy did tell us that we would need two pins to fix the foundation, but when they came to do the work, they indicated that they would need three pins and that the cost would increase 50%. Due to this error, they gave us 60% off the additional cost and still fixed it for less than what the other companies were quoting. I would highly recommend their services.
