Steve Jernigan did my apprasial and appeared very competent. He understood my needs and the system he used seemed to be the best of all the others I had come to my home. (Olshan and United Structural) His price was about 183% less than Olshan and from what I could tell a better system.
I did have an issue with some yard and concrete work but as soon as I called him it was corrected.
