1. BECS rep, Mike, came out by the next day of our request for a bid on our foundation repair.
2. An illustration was drawn to show us exactly what was needed.
3. An alternate solution to the problem was suggested by Craig, and Mike drew another illustration of what could be done along with an estimate.
4. Mike came out a second time, and admitted a mistake he made without trying to cover up or make excuses. (I respected his honesty).
5. Any time we had a question we could call Mike and he answered it right away, and if we had to leave a message, the call was returned immediately, and it was easy to talk to Nicole in the office.
