We had a technician by the name of Rick that came to our house, we weren't able to be there when he was there so he sat on the phone with me during the entire evaluation. He was kind, courteous, and sooo helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was the second he looked at it. He even walked around the house and made suggestions outside of what I requested. Things that we could do without a contractors help. It was soo refreshing to have a contractor with such knowledge that was as helpful as he was. Five stars for sure.
