I contacted MKA among others and only MKA responded. They showed up exactly when they said they would and arranged to do the job a few days later. While it was a small job it was done on time and at a reasonable cost. They also followed up to make sure it was satisfactory and if it needed any touch ups. I am very satisfied and certainly would use them for other jobs. I realize that a rating of 5 stars is the highest and I suppose someone could be better but less than 5 would be misleading.

Chris Malone is an honest and trust worthy contractor. The job was finished on time and within budget. Chris is on the jobsite evryday. He has a world of experience and knowledge and anytime a decision had to be made related to the design I consulted with him. I hired them for a second project and I would recommend South Bay Home Designs to anyone in need of a contractor.
