A very prompt and responsive team. Ernie and son, Cliff, help educate me on many aspects of the project. I had a very unusual situation due to inadequate attic and roof venting which caused a major condensation issue. This issue was not detected until water spots were showing up on the ceiling. Another contractor attempted to find the source of the water but said he could not locate the source. Ernie and his team persisted to find the source of the problem and fixed it in less than 2 days. I really don't like dealing with contractors of any kind because I find them unreliable most of the time. They don't always call you when things come up. So you wait wondering what is happening. Well this was not the case with Cliff Nelson at Ernest Construction Corp. He called me right away to discuss my roof project and even though he was a little late for our appointment he did call me and let me know he was coming. From the time he gave me an estimate to the time he worked on the project was one week and I really appreciated getting the project done.
